This is the last peek at the restaurant before opening day. We have NOT picked an actual opening day but it looks like we are leaning towards the first half of October. We are eager to open; however, we will not rush it. We want to make sure the property, building, menu,
equipment and team members are all prepped and trained for as smooth an opening as possible. If you want to see the restaurant finished you will have to join us for a meal once we are open. The transformation is amazing! We have spared NO expense. The exterior, the interior, the equipment, even the restrooms are top notch. We are eager to serve you at Ole Rooste!
