Construction on the interior and exterior is just about complete, but there is so much more to opening a restaurant than just making it pretty. We have been working hard on perfecting the menu, making the dining room cozy and laying out an efficient kitchen. Now we are ready to start hiring the first team members (employees) of Ole Rooste.
We are currently accepting applications. Available positions include:
Busser/Dishwasher/Hostess: must be at least 15 years old, have reliable transportation, work nights/weekends and attend training seminars. Starting pay will be minimum wage.
Server: must be at least 19 years old and have an Indiana Alcohol Permit to serve alcoholic beverages. Experience is preferred. Must attend training to learn POS system and menu. Starting pay will be minimum wage.
Cook: Must have prior experience working in commercial kitchen. Experience with deep fryer, grill, flat top and salad table is required. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. repeatedly to put deliveries away. Working hours could run anywhere between 7am-11pm daily. Must attend in house training. Starting pay will be based on multiple factors.
