Rate of Pay: $7.25-9

Skills / Experience: Prior experience in full-service restaurant is preferred, but will train if needed.

Job Overview: Responsible for cleaning all tables, general table maintenance and maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work environment for all team members and guests.

Job Description

  • Gather and clear all tableware and deliver to dishwasher 

  • Clears and sets tables according to company standards and procedures 

  • Scrapes, racks, and stacks glassware, plate ware, and silverware to dishwashing area

  • Responsible for the cleanliness and proper storage of all bus tubs during shift and at close

  • Assists in moving tables and chairs to adjust floor plans for special events and/or large parties or reservations, as needed

  • Maintains cleanliness of restrooms, floors, and surrounding areas by keeping area swept, mopped, and free from spills, trash, debris, etc.

  • Maintains adequate supply of ice to all service stations and ice bins 

  • Changes empty bag in box sodas as needed

  • Stocks server station with appropriate glassware as needed

  • Keeps all trash cans in service stations clean and empty; replace bags as needed and ensure all trash is properly disposed in dumpster

  • Knowledge of table numbers, seating floor plan, and server assignments 

  • Maintain excellent communication with host staff and management as tables are cleaned and ready to be reseated

  • Notifies manager of low inventories

  • Performs all duties and tasks as assigned and moves with a sense of urgency 

  • Understands and utilizes all safety and sanitation practices

  • Assist with dishwasher at close of shift with any necessary tasks 

  • Adheres to all policies and procedures on company as established
