Rate of pay: $7.25-12

Skills / Experience: Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, but will train if needed. 


Job Overview: Responsible for cleaning all dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and utensils and follows company guidelines for sanitation and cleanliness 

Job Description

  • Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe work environment for all team members and guests

  • Maintains a clean workstation and equipment and assists in overall kitchen cleanliness 

  • Sweeps and mops dish area and/or entire kitchen if needed

  • Removes garbage and recyclables from kitchen area to appropriate receptacles 

  • Scrapes/ stacks and racks all glassware, plates, and silverware properly in dish washer 

  • Stocks all glassware, plates, and silverware as cleaned

  • Cross-trains on prep stations ad assists other team members

  • Assists kitchen staff with prep work

  • Understands all safety and sanitation procedures and reports any accidents to management 

  • Performs all duties and tasks as assigned and moves with a sense of urgency 

  • Notifies manager of low inventory and properly rotates dish machine chemicals as needed

  • Adheres to all policies and procedures on company as established
