Dishwasher

Rate of pay: $7.25-12

Skills / Experience: Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, but will train if needed.

Job Overview: Responsible for cleaning all dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and utensils and follows company guidelines for sanitation and cleanliness

Job Description

Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe work environment for all team members and guests
Maintains a clean workstation and equipment and assists in overall kitchen cleanliness
Sweeps and mops dish area and/or entire kitchen if needed
Removes garbage and recyclables from kitchen area to appropriate receptacles
Scrapes/ stacks and racks all glassware, plates, and silverware properly in dish washer
Stocks all glassware, plates, and silverware as cleaned
Cross-trains on prep stations ad assists other team members
Assists kitchen staff with prep work
Understands all safety and sanitation procedures and reports any accidents to management
Performs all duties and tasks as assigned and moves with a sense of urgency
Notifies manager of low inventory and properly rotates dish machine chemicals as needed
Adheres to all policies and procedures on company as established
