MANIFESTO

At Ole Rooste, it is our mission to be the change we wish to see.  To always walk humbly,

to remember that we are capable of so much more than we think and to remind ourselves that newer isn't always better.

We believe that life should be full of grace, simple pleasures & small indulgences, every day.  That we should passionately & purposefully help others and joyfully serve, because we never know when we will seek help ourselves.

We believe it is much better to give than to receive and we should never give up on the pursuit of happiness.  Remembering that happiness comes not from having more, but from wanting what you have.

We believe that dinner is the most important meal of the day.  That there is a seat for everyone around the table and sharing a good meal with loved ones should be a daily occurrence.  We believe, at the table, time stops and there is no place for technology.  We believe in always saving room for dessert and that one more bite of chocolate won't hurt.

We love butter, sugar, salt, eggs, bacon, coffee & onions and we're not ashamed of it.
